Community Education and Training

DMS works on collaborative projects to directly provide members of our community access to conflict resolution processes and training. Current and past organizations DMS has worked with include the Dallas Housing Authority, Dallas Police Department, Justice of the Peace Courts, NEXUS Recovery Center, and the Youth Conflict Resolution Center. In addition to such projects, DMS has trained hundreds of individuals and professionals through its in-house training programs.

DMS can assist non-profits, schools, churches, governmental agencies, corporations and others in providing negotiation and conflict resolution skills training that defuses conflict in the workplace, at home and within our community.

Children and adults benefit from learning conflict resolution skills. Through interactive training programs, in a fun informal environment, skills can be gained that can ultimately reduce violence in our communities and promote peace between our citizens.
