Our role at DMS is to coordinate the resolution of disputes from intake to closing. At DMS we provide education and information on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options, obtain agreements to use an ADR option to resolve the conflict, schedule and confirm the date of the session, assist in the selection of neutral third-party experts (conciliator, mediator, or arbitrator), and conduct the session in facilities conducive to settlement. Ultimately, DMS is committed to providing a constructive process for individuals and organizations in conflict.
