DMS continues to enhance our services to meet the needs of the community and work with public and civic leaders, community groups, human services organizations, the judiciary, and various professionals. We believe communication is the key to all strong, successful relationships. DMS provides a broad range of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.

Over the last three decades, courts across the country have sought better ways to provide quality justice for various kinds of conflicts. This effort led to the development of ADR. While giving citizens greater access to justice, ADR may also save money, alleviate stress, and help mend relationships between the parties.

Several ADR processes help disputants resolve differences. Regardless of the ADR process used, the goal is always to resolve your conflict. Mediation is the most commonly used ADR process because it is fast, efficient and easy to use. However, it is important for parties choose their ADR professional and service wisely. At DMS, those professionals who meet specific criteria and training may volunteer their time to assist parties in conflict.

DMS specializes in three ADR processes: Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration.
