Cases in Litigation (Court-Ordered)

If you receive a court order to attend mediation or if you receive a phone call or letter from Dispute Mediation Service stating that you have been ordered by the court to mediate, please call us for assistance in scheduling a date. We can be reached at 214-754-0022.

Community Cases (Not in Litigation)

If you have a dispute or conflict with an individual, group, or organization that is NOT part of a lawsuit and you would like to try to resolve it, Dispute Mediation Service can arrange a mediation between disputing parties.

A mediation consultant will contact the person you designate to determine if he/she is willing to mediate the dispute. If the other party is agreeable to mediation, your mediation consultant will schedule the mediation at a time convenient to all parties and will continue to work with all parties throughout the mediation process. If the other party is not agreeable to mediation, the mediation consultant will notify you of the refusal.
