Our ADR Professionals

DMS has both attorney and non-attorney professionals who are impartial conflict resolution experts from legal, social services, and other business fields. They are selected to serve on the DMS Community Mediator List or the DMS Litigation Mediator List based on their qualifications and experience.

We carefully select third-party neutrals who meet DMS’ criteria. Our ADR professionals are well-trained in conflict resolution techniques and can assist disputants in finding an amicable solution.
